Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your FlexBlem purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If FlexBlem isn't the right fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This is longer than the minimum 14-day right of withdrawal required under EU consumer law for customers ordering from within the European Union.

How to Start a Return

Email us at flexblem@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as we cannot guarantee a return sent without prior authorization will be matched to your order.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns made under this policy, the customer is fully responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Return shipping fees are non-refundable and are not covered or reimbursed by FlexBlem. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. This does not apply to damaged or defective items — see below.

Condition of Returned Items

Items should be returned in the condition they were received, with all original components (display unit, power control box, cables, and adapter), and, where possible, in the original packaging. Normal handling to inspect or test the item is fine.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method, less any applicable return shipping costs. Refunds are issued in the currency you were originally charged in (EUR, USD, or GBP). Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your FlexBlem arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us at flexblem@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you, including covering return shipping in these cases.
